En lo personal no me gusto el hotel. Desde el check in empezamos mal, el personal de todo en hotel es muy poco amable, la comida del bufé no tenía variedad, mala presentación y muy poco sabor. En el restaurante mexicano el menú son cuatro platos y el mediterráneo seis, solo había un restaurant por noche lo que hizo peor la experiencia. El hotel no tiene animación. Las bebidas de muy mala calidad y cabe destacar que no hay botellas de agua en los bares.
Del personal al único que puedo mencionar con un buen servicio y amabilidad es a yoelki de restaurantes, es el único que te brinda una sonrisa.
La piscina esta bien pero le falta camareros qué te sirvan los tragos.

Outdoor pools is heated 👍just need to ask staff to turn it on. Takes about 2 hours for full heat. Wonderful swim in the evening. Sauna was down during this visit but is also a nice touch to the property!
